We will be at Croft on Wednesday, but starting at the slightly later time of 6.15pm.
We will be doing a few laps of the trail, stopping to practice anything people want to along the way.

You will need a helmet, but not lights.
This will be our first SMTBE ladies visit to Ashton Court!
We will have a leisurely ride round the blue and red trails as many times as we have the energy for!!
There is a cafe there, so a coffee stop and a cake will give us a chance to catch up and have a chat.

Our usual Wednesday visit to Croft will incorporate some skills practice this week.
After a warm up lap, we will do a development lap. This will involve doing a lap of the trail stopping at certain obstacles to practice our skills: rock gardens, cornering & small jumps. There is also an option to practice drops if anyone fancies that too.
After that we will finish with a quick lap to blend all the practice together.

Bike Park Wales sells out 3 months in advance, but you can do pay as you go – pay £8 entry and then £4 an uplift. It’s a good way of getting a day there at short notice, especially early in the week when it’s quieter, so we’re going to do that as a club trip.
We’ve chosen Tuesday 8th August – just turn up at Bike Park Wales at 10am and we’ll spend the day doing pay as you go runs, or cycling up is an option too.
If you’ve never been to Bike Park Wales, you should! There are trails for everyone, from beginners to hardened downhillers and it has a fantasticly professional setup, with everything you could need on site. You can also check out our guide to Bike Park Wales here.
We will have mixed and ladies groups and some coaching on offer too.
For those that maybe around next week and who can’t make the evening session, I will be there from lunchtime onwards for a few laps!

Swinley Enduro is nearly upon us!! So I’m getting another sneaky practise in while the kids are at school!! We will be following as much of last year’s route as we have time for.
