Tuesday’s ride with be a Ridgeway ride, route to be decided, depending on the weather, but expect chalk n puddles. Therefore the distance and speed will be wound in a little, as conditions may be tricky.
Circa 20k distance and over 2 1/2 hours.
All welcome, no one left behind.
You will need a helmet and lights – we will be out after dark.

The exactly route will be determined by the weather and ability of those who turn up, but roughly it will be 30km out over the Ridgeway and back to the Bayberry for post ride refreshments.

With the race being on the Sunday, this is our last chance to practice for the Swinley Enduro.
The idea is to get as many of us club members as possible that are racing to go round together for some last minute practice.
We’re not sure of the course will be taped up by this point, so we’ll be riding our best guess at what it will be and practicing the awkward bits and sharing collective knowledge on line choices.
While this event is aimed at giving practice to those racing, everyone is welcome and you can see what you’re missing out on 😁
Thursday’s ride will start from the Jovial Monk Pub on St Andrews Ridge and led by John Jefferies.
Planned ride is weather dependant. There may be a more urban ride if it’s too wet and cold. We will leave @ 7pm and head out through blunsdon, stratton & Stanton woods to south marston ind est. from there through a nice little single track to south marston. A bit of road to Nightingale woods for a lap or 2 then back to the Jovial refreshments. It may be cold and wet, so dress appropriately.
A helmet, lights and a serviceable bike required.
Nice steady pace to suit those in attendance – nobody will be left behind.
