Noah’s Ark are holding their spring demo day on Saturday 2nd April.
There will be demo bikes available from Specialized, Cannondale, Whyte and Transition – for a full list of bikes currently available see the Noah’s Ark website page.
Food and drink and will also available also on the day.
This will be a local XC ride, pump up to Barbury, Ufcott (perhaps Bicknoll), Mill Lane, West Swindon and Wroughton.
There will be some hills involved 🙂
Tidworth had to rearrange their opening weekend, so we’ve done the same with our first club trip there.
A bunch of us have enter the excellent Root1 Round 1 race, which uses Sicknote as the course, so we will definitely be practicing that, along with 99 Beeches – a new trail that will be used for Round 2.
And we’ll also be trying the other excellent trails there of course.
Don’t forget, entry to Tidworth cost £7 for the day and you will need to sign up for a B1ke (free) membership in advance.
Meet in the car park/finish area at 10am
We will start and finish at the Carpenter’s Arms in Miserden. It’s a great pub with excellent post ride sustenance and even a sweet shop inside.
Helmets are compulsory as always and knee pads are advised.
Full suspension bikes recommended – the uphills are just as rocky as the downs!
